A&B director and co-founder Amy Klinger is serving her community as the Marketing Director for a new initiative aimed at helping keep the businesses afloat in her small Vermont town.
This autumn the bridge in Richmond, VT suddenly experienced a four-week closure, literally dividing the residents and downtown businesses and causing devastating revenue losses. Though the bridge has since re-opened, it will close again completely for at least four months in March for a full-scale rehabilitation.
The OneRichmond nonprofit alliance was formed in order to provide business development and marketing support to downtown businesses, boost traffic on both sides of the bridge, and increase awareness of Richmond as a destination.
